Mary V. L. Wright directs the US DOL funded HR Registered Apprenticeship Program, the first national HR apprenticeship program. She manages all parts of the program – development, outreach, budget and evaluation. Ms. Wright has experience connecting the public and private sectors in municipal finance, government affairs, and workforce development. Previously, Ms. Wright was a director at JFF where she worked on expanding employability skills, developing apprenticeship and work-based learning strategies, and using labor market information for better workforce decisions. Ms. Wright received a MBA in public/nonprofit management from Columbia University and a BA in Urban Affairs from Connecticut College.
