There are three (3) areas where we can use your help! Please contact Ashley McGlawn at email@example.com
- Conference Check-In and Information: This is the 1-STOP SPOT for All Things Conference! Check-in attendees, issue conference badges and materials, provide directions, manage lost and found items and provide general conference information. It is the place to meet everyone at the conference!
- Introduction of Speakers: Introduce a Breakout or Mega Session Speaker; stay for the session and assist the speaker as needed; remind attendees to complete session evaluations; and present the speaker with a thank you gift on behalf of HR Virginia.
- General Volunteer: You’re just willing to help when called upon!
The Conference will follow current CDC guidance which leaves mask-wearing up to the individual based on your community’s risk level and personal health factors. Richmond City’s community risk level is currently LOW RISK.
If you are not feeling well, have COVID-like symptoms, had a recent positive COVID test, or are unvaccinated and recently exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you not attend the conference in-person. We will gladly exchange your in-person registration for the on-demand option.
We will offer Green, Yellow, and Red namebadge ribbons to express your comfort level for physical distancing and interaction with others.
