Dr. Sheri Bias, Assistant Professor of Human Resources, at Saint Leo University since 1997. Dr. Bias worked for NASA, Anheuser Busch, Philip Morris, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. In addition to her PhD, Dr. Bias possesses the credentials for SPHR and the Society for Human Resources – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Her specialties include ERP implementations such as SAP and PeopleSoft, as well as integral pieces of the HR infrastructure such as strategic staffing, employee development, and total rewards. Dr. Bias’s research interests include generations in the workplace and the implications on HR, as well as corporate social responsibility and HR.
