Lottie is currently the Director of Human Resources at Delta Dental of Virginia in Roanoke, Virginia. Working in HR for over 14 years, Lottie believes in transformational human capital practices that bring value and impact to an organization. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. In addition to a myriad of HR and leadership certifications, she is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and is passionate about integrating wellness and mindfulness into the workplace.
