Anthem ASK Toy Drive and 5k & Fun Walk!

Conference Toy Drive: Show your support for ASK by bringing a new (in it's original packaging), unwrapped, smallish toy for the little ones, or a gift card to Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, etc, for teens. Drop off items at the Anthem Booth. View suggested toys/items here. Richmond Restaurant Week 4/22-4/28

Dinner is on your own during the conference. What a great time to check out some of the best restaurants in town! Participating restaurants offer a three course prix-fixe meal for $35.24 with $5.24 donated to Feed More.

Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle

Sun 4/21 - Wed 4/24 11am. In the spirit of the Olympics, enjoy some friendly competition and physical activity during the conference. Join the step challenge to see who accumulates the most steps during the conference.  Medals for the Top 10 winners!

Mon 4/22 6:30 - 10pm. Join OneDigital for a round of mini-golf. Cocktails & Hors d'oeuvres provided at this eclectic hotel. Advance sign-up required, limited to 65 attendees, $10. RSVP when you register or by modifying your existing registration. The Hotel Greene is a couple of blocks from the hotel, gather your friends for a quick walk. Transportation not provided. 

Professional Headshot Photos

Tue 4/23 8:45-4:30. We'll have a professional photographer on-site to take your photo. Advance sign-up required and is limited to 82 attendees, until the schedule is full. $10 fee benefits the SHRM Foundation. Sign-up & pay when you register or by modifying your existing registration. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to select your timeslot. Your photo will be emailed to you!

Fun in the Marketplace

Olympic Challenge Cards! Grab a card at the Conference desk and visit all the Partner booths and have your card stamped. Return completed cards to the HR Virginia booth by Tue 6pm. Completed cards are eligible for 2 prize drawings at Wednesday's closing keynote session! See card for more details.

Vote for the Best Booth! All conference partners are entered to win a bronze-level partnership at our 2025 conference by competing in the “Best Booth” competition. The winning booth will have the highest number of votes for “Best Booth” by the end of the conference on Wednesday, April 24. Vote HERE.
