The purpose of the Leadership Conference is to provide learning and networking with current and new Virginia and DC SHRM Chapter Board Members and SHRM State Council members. Attendees leave the conference with an understanding of HR Virginia's mission and your role as a state council or chapter volunteer.

Friday 10/13/2023: 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Leadership Conference & Happy Hour (Dinner on your own)
Saturday, 10/14/2023: 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Leadership Conference continues
