Randy Sparks is the Chair of the Labor and Employment practice group and Co-Chair of the Government and Municipal Law practice group at Kaufman & Canoles. He concentrates his practice on the representation of employers of all sizes and industries in all types of work-related matters in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Randy regularly advises and trains clients on lawful employment practices and other workplace issues. He is an active member and Legislative Affairs Representative of the Fredericksburg Regional SHRM chapter. Randy graduated from the University of Virginia and the College of William & Mary School of Law.
