Monica Kennedy has been in management and leadership roles for over 20 years. Beginning with her service in the Marine Corps, Monica has always had a passion for mentoring others and furthering her own skills and abilities. This interest launched her human resources journey. She received her first HR role in the talent acquisition space and has moved throughout the HR and business operations disciplines. Today her passion is in employment law and compliance. This background has led her to open her own consulting business in 2020, with a focus on HR compliance, organizational and leadership development, and business analytics.
