My name is Ethan Riffo, and I am a Senior at Liberty University. I am a Virginia native having lived in the Augusta County area of the Shenandoah Valley for most of my life. My desire is to join the workforce in the field of HR and to use my God-given talents and my desire to serve to make a difference in an organization. The field of HR is instrumental in the way employees interact and view their employers and roles within an organization. I see my role in the field of HR as an advocate to both the employee and employer to provide the tools and policies needed to create a positive work environment.
