As the workplace continues to evolve and organizations struggle to retain talent, executives from around the world say that enhancing employee engagement is a top business strategy. Yet, according to Gallup, just 33% of American workers are engaged by their jobs and 52% are "just showing up,". That means employers have a lot of work to do to unlock the full potential of the workforce.
