Because the law seems to change every day, HR professionals must keep up with new laws and regulations, new court decisions, and new agency policies and agendas. In this session, we will look at emerging and developing areas of discrimination law, including the current state of the law on what constitutes adverse action, pregnancy, sexual orientation and transgender, and more.
