She completed her PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Alabama and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Georgia Tech. Lucy is passionate about improving employee mental health and wellbeing, and ultimately, helping employees thrive.
