Reid Whyte (they/them/theirs) is the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Human Rights Campaign, headquartered in Washington, DC. At HRC, they focus on FMLA and ADA administration, employee relations, and management support/coaching. Before pivoting to a career in human resources, Reid worked in healthcare administration in hospitals and community health centers in DC. When they aren’t working, Reid can be found watching reality tv, getting lost in a book, or playing with their cat Cobie.
