Dr. Prosser is Director of Talent Development & Learning for Virginia Housing, leading a team of eight. She oversees leadership development and emerging leaders’ programs and provides learning solutions and consulting. Since 2001, she has been an executive coach with her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University. She holds an M.A. in communication from the University of Virginia. Prosser is a published author of Team Medicine, Coaching Your Team to Success with Native American Wisdom and the coaching/spiritual book Excuse Me, Your God is Waiting, Love Your God, Create Your Life, Find Your True Self and her doctoral dissertation Growing Our Future Leaders: Emerging Leadership Development Curriculum Design For Generation Z. She is a member of the honorary fraternities Phi Kappa Phi and KDP. Michelle spoke at the Virginia SHRM conference in 2012 and her local Charlottesville chapter, where she was Sponsorship Chair.
