With more than 30 years of operational and consulting experience, Joe has engaged with hundreds of organizations for the purpose of helping them make needed transitions. Joe specializes in strategic planning and change management and has an extensive background in leadership. He’s written numerous articles and blogs on the topic and is the host of the Supervisor Skills – Secrets of Success podcast series. Joe enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his family and dog. He’s also actively involved with Hapkido, a Korean martial art.
