Beyond the development and deployment of privacy programs and compliance rollouts, Ross has a knack for helping clients harmonize organizational artificial intelligence governance policies with business opportunities.

On the incident response side, Ross has managed and assisted in all phases of high-stakes cybersecurity incidents, from crisis management and forensic investigation to notice compliance. Ross is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional with expertise in U.S. privacy law (CIPP/US), designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
