Samantha is the founder of Empower Global and a facilitator for the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is a highly regarded speaker and trainer, having trained over 2500 people leaders from 36 countries. She is deeply passionate about cultivating empathetic, purposeful, visionary leaders who create environments where people will flourish. Empower Global runs a groundbreaking transformational leadership program for women who want to make their mark on the world, the Women’s Leadership Challenge.

Samantha previously managed the women’s issues portfolio for the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, held senior roles for venture backed tech startups, and was the head of global engagement for Ashoka, amongst other roles.

Samantha received a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on global gender analysis and conflict resolution from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She is a trained mediator. She has also studied at Yale University, the Harvard School of Education, and the Harvard Kennedy School.

Samantha is a TEDx speaker and is working on a book about 21st century leadership, for which she has received the Rockefeller Foundation’s prestigious Bellagio fellowship.

Samantha is also a classically trained operatic soprano.
