The workplace is a difficult place to navigate. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are a necessary adaptation required to plot a course for success.  In the workshop “Why can’t everyone just get along”: Engaging Gen Z in conflict resolution, the focus is on the newest generation of workers that will need the proper tools to understand how to diffuse confusion and confrontation by gaining strategies in the skillset of conflict resolution.
