  • If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your registration, check your spam or junk email or check with your IT department to whitelist events@hrvirginia.org. Contact us if you don't receive your confirmation email.


Full payment for sponsorship is due at time of online registration with payment by check or credit card. Mail check payments within 30 days of registering. Applicable exhibit space is assigned with paid registration. HR Virginia Annual Conference reserves the right to deny exhibit space. Cancellations before 2/15/23 will result in the HR Virginia Annual Conference retaining 50% of total spend. Cancellations received from 2/15/23 to 3/15/23, will result in the HR Virginia Annual Conference retaining 75% of the total spend. No refund requests granted after 3/15/23. Cancellation deadlines and fees apply. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing to: events@hrvirginia.org.
